It's something unpredictable, but in the end is right- I hope you had the time of your life!

Today is the last day of the year 2009. What an incredible year it has been!

This year, I've grown in my relationship with the Lord, my parents and my friends. I feel so blessed, so many amazing things have happened this year. This morning I made a list of things that happened this year that I really enjoyed.

This year, I survived my freshmen year of highschool and was able to participate in Pilgrim. That was a ton of fun, as well as Summer Celebration, going dancing with friends and lots of fun things that we did over the summer. Friends coming over, my fifteenth birthday party, camping...lots of stuff.

Little things I came to love doing, reading my Bible more (I finished reading the Bible all the way through this year) reading Nicolas Sparks books such as A Walk To Remember, movie nights. Tree House Gang, sleepovers with friends and making cookies. Shakespeare camp, playing in the rain, photoshoots...

The youth retreat, celebration of friends being healed and God working in their lives, talks with my parents about God and friends about faith. Playing games, getting messy. Randomly bursting into song.

Funny Dad moments...tons of laughter.

And no, my year wasn't perfect. There were times of frustration and sadness, and plenty of tears. There was pain, things went wrong... every fight I was in, every stupid thing I've said...yes I regret those moments, and I'm sorry for anything that I have done this past year that may have hurt any of you in any way. You all have been great friends to me this year, and I don't deserve you at all. Looking back on the year I see how incredibly blessed I am, and that God is so good to me and I don't deserve it. He has given me wise and loving parents. He has given me friends with hearts for God. He has put me in a wonderful church with an amazing youth ministry.

2009 has been great. Happy New Year everyone. :)

I want to take you to the Island...

trace your footprints in the sand...♪

love that song!

Anyway, 50th Blogpost. Seriously! Haha, that's a lot.

So what's been on since Christmas? Well, cleaning and organizing stuff, using the new gifts I've received. And I did something Saturday that I can't remember....what was it? AHHH thats going to drive me crazy...

Then Sunday we had church, :D it was a great message as always.

OH I REMEMBER WHAT IS WAS! I read alot, and I finished the first Nicolas Sparks book my parents gave me (434 pages) and I didn't cry. I'm so proud of myself ;) lol.

So now I'm reading "The Blind Side" and it totally makes me want to watch football. Especially the Ravens cause the football player in the book (Michael Lewis 'big mike') plays for them. Lol. :D

And then yesterday, Kiera woke me up cause she thought I had biology. Which was weird because 1) I normally have biology on tuesdays 2) we're on break!!! :P Then mom made me accompany Ramil and Kiera to the dentist because she had to pick up my Aunt from the hospital. Have I ever mentioned that I hate going to the dentist's? Yeah. Dentist's offices scare me.. :P But yeah I was left in charge...FAIL. I was supposed to take them to lunch, but the only place we could go within walking distance was California Tortilla, and that was way too expensive cause I only had twenty bucks and that caused a lot of yelling and distress. It was AWFUL. I hate it when I get left in charge and all that happens is we yell at eachother. Bad sister. Bad daughter. Im terrible. Sigh. A sinner in need of a Savior.

And then I had lunch and read and rehearsal and sleep. I was kicked out of my bed because the Blendermann girls and their dog Calle were spending the night. I have a big bed so they shared and I slept on a mattress on the floor next to the heater. Which wasn't so bad. lol. But I was looking foward to my bed after a long day and then I was like "oh...nevermind..."

And then this morning, woke up, quiet time, ate quick, rushed out the door, struggled through my moms pilates workout :P lol had rehearsal then I came home. And here I am! Listening to Celtic Thunder and singing loudly.

Yup....

I Celebrate the Day

That you were born to die~ so I might one day pray for you to save my life.
{Relient K}

Merry Christmas everybody! I hope you all had as great of a holiday as I did. Last night I kept waking up about every twenty minutes cause I was so excited. When I finally woke up at the right time (7:30) my parents told us they weren't ready yet. SO since I was so bored and crazy excited for Christmas I got dressed and ready, and went downstairs when the time came. We opened our stockings and waited for our grandparents to come. Then Mom and Dad opened gifts, and we opened presents from the siblings to eachother. Haha, Dylan totallly went all out buying presents for the family this year. He got Kiera two of those Zhu Zhu pet hamster thingies. They are so cute and fun to play with! They run around the house and run into things and smell them and then spin around and stuff :D Oh and Ramil got me the new game of Bop It... :)

Then we open the presents from Mom and Dad. My parents always get us each three presents, because that's what Jesus received from the wise men. So we get a small, medium and large present. I kind of felt bad because my parents ordered a lot of stuff online, and many of the gifts didnt come in...but all of mine did. So each of my siblings opened up one box with a picture of the gift that hadn't come yet, but I got to open mine. :-/ But everyone was happy with their gifts just the same, but I think my siblings will be extremely happy when the rest of their gifts arrive. :) I got some great stuff too. I finally discovered what was in that suspicious box the size of texas...it was one of those reading pillow thingies, along with some Nicolas Sparks books lol. And I got some cds and an ESV STUDY BIBLE!!! :D

and we had Brunch here with Dad's side of the family, not everyone but a few people. Aunt Moe, Megan, Megan's fiance Kris, Kris's daughter Ashley, Matt, and Aunt Al. :) Mom always makes all this great food...monkey bread, sausage and egg casserole, and lots of fruit and bagels :D its a tradition every year to do this, and I love spending time with my cousins. We played Beatles rockband with them, they all love the Beatles (can you tell we're related?) and just hung out.

Then we went to my grandparents house for Christmas #2. that's my Mom's side of the family. We have stockings at my grandparents house too, and in my parents stockings and my Uncle Mike and Aunt Lois's stockings... they all got Mp3 players. SO not a stocking stuffer. lol.

So we opened some presents there too, I think it was really funny to watch Kiera open because she got lots of hats...and colorful socks...you could not have been happier than her. Seriously. She was squealing and laughing with joy. It was really funny. :D We we all happy with what we got...haha I asked for a Celtic Thunder cd, and my Aunt and Uncle bought me a Celtic Ladies cd. haha. :D I didn't have the heart to ask them to take it back, so I kept it. Who knows, maybe I'll like it?

and we had this amazing Christmas dinner...that was to be honest- bigger than thanksgiving. It was amazing. :D FOOD GLORIOUS FOOOOOOOOD

and we just came home about an hour ago, and here I am, telling you all about my wondrous day with my family. :) today was another one of those days for me that I realized how incredibly blessed I am, to have such an incredible family, amazing friends and a Wonderful God. :)

I hope you all had a fantastic Christmas! Merry Christmas Everyone! :D

How funny is that? :D Thank you all so much, and thanks for being such awesome friends I don't deserve :) (and not just for this :P )

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

EVE!

So last night was the first show we had at the church and it went very well! :D It was a lot of fun! I had a lot of fun singing the the choir, doing the dance and crowd * phew * haha. Then I had fun talking to friends afterward :) Oh and my grandparents came to see :D I'm excited because tonight several more of my relatives are coming, none of which are Christians. Be praying God does a work in them! :D

And letsee, Elizabeth and Kevin came over last night after the show for a little bit. :) oh and on the way back home we stopped at Wendy's cause Elizabeth and Kevin were really hungry cause they didn't have dinner, so we went through the drivethru. And who was in front of us? My parents and Ramil and Kiera. We had taken seperate cars and left a few minutes apart. Which is dumb because the whole reason we took two cars was so we (kids) could stay longer and hang with friends.... cough cough Dylan.... But it was really funny because my Dad was making faces at us and yelling at us through the drivethru and giving us strange directions for fixing the clock in the oldsmobile. :P haha. Then we went back to my house and I gave them their presents- it was hysterical seeing Elizabeth's face. I got her a tshirt that said "Muggle" on the front. and for those of you who love Harry Potter and know Elizabeth...haha it was pretty funny. :D and then I attempted to give Elizabeth a manicure with a new green nail polish a friend had given her...I only got one hand done before her parents came...and I kind of failed at that but...haha. oh well. and after they left I went to bed pretty much. haha.

Man, I didn't really have much to post about... :P Hopefully after Christmas I'll have tons of funny stories to tell! :D

if you can find anything to comment on, please comment! :D

one of my friends gave me a present yesterday and its sitting under my christmas tree torturing me. I just want to open it but I promised myself I wouldnt until Christmas Eve. gah! Oh the suspense. haha. :D

Oh and yesterday I went sledding (well attempted to) and watched the Grinch (the Jim carrey one) with some friends. :D It was a lot of fun. :D

but man. Christmas surprises...the suspense kills me :D I'm like "They're hiding something from me! I know it!" and well....duh they are. Its Christmas. Its supposed to be a surprise. :D

Im Dreaming of a White Christmas...

and it sure looks like it's going to happen.

So here in Maryland we are scheduled to have 20 inches of snow. Well right now 18 inches is on the ground and it is still coming.

Everyone seems so happy about the snow. I would have loved to have a few inches, but this snow storm has canceled a lot of fun things planned for the weekend. :( I've been pretty bored all day.

yesterday I had coop, where we talked about Martin Luther and watched the movie Luther. And we had a christmas party. Then that evening I had dance rehearsal.

Then this morning I slept in til 11. Kiera wasnt here so it was easy to sleep in. :D But I've pretty much been stranded inside all day, watching movies and chatting with friends. I have so many presents left to get, and now I have a splitting headache. Ah....thats life.

Thursday, December 17, 2009

So. Well. Uh.

Life. Yup.

So... not a whole lots been going on. Last day of MCI before break was yesterday so there were lots of Christmas Class parties. :) Very fun. I dressed as a Christmas present...kind of failed. :P But all the same, twas a fun day.

Well...Then I went home and took my Geometry test- I had been dreading this test but it turned out to be easier than I thought! Thank you all for praying for me! Please continue to pray :) I still haven't gotten the results yet.

Uh...Okay so I have been picking the acoustic guitar back up (okay so I only played it for like a week before...but Im really learning how to play it now.) I pretty much gave up last time after my fingers started hurting. But I was practicing last night and my fingers weren't hurting as bad! :D YAY! Right now I'm just working on learning a few chords and once I get that down I'll be playing "Yours to Hold" by Skillet. So we'll see how this works out. Pray that I'd persevere! I really want to do this! :D

Haha, so Dylan and Kiera caught me totally getting into my inner rockstar blaring Skillet music in my room- I was totally rocking out, heading banging and air guitar and everything then I turned around and they were in the doorway and I was like "uhhh hi.......................................................how long have you been standing there?" haha. Skillet is amazing. :D :D :D I SO want to see them in concert but they aren't coming anywhere near here for like...ever. :'( sadness.

And Christmas is getting closer and closer and I have so much to do! :-o AH!

Yeah random. but that's my life. :)

You tried your best and failed miserably...

the lesson is- don't try ~Homer Simpson

hahaha :D that made me laugh. That's pretty much how I felt after my last Geometry test. :( Sadness. If I don't raise my grade to a B by the end of the quarter, I'm dropping out of Geometry and doing it at home. Sigh...I hate this.

but Elizabeth and Kevin came over today and helped me with it so that I'd understand better. And I do! Praise God! I mean....I still hate it, but at least I get it now. Ish. haha.

So anyway...REWIND. Sunday, we had church (as always). It was a really good message again. Then my family had lunch with the deWebers, which was fun :) Thank you for having us deWebers! Then Sunday evening...studying...and more studying.... :P

Then Monday that studying didn't pay off with my Geometry test. Very upsetting. Then studying for Biology...I did well in Biology today. Yay! But I'm still pretty upset with Geometry...well these things happen to everyone...either that or they just happen to me. more likely... :-/

And then I went to the Calderones for a couple of hours, then Elizabeth and Kevin came over for Geometry. And we've been hanging out. yup.

So yeah.. Prayer is much appreciated. :) So are comments. :)

So Guess What?

It buffed out. :) ish.

So Monday and Tuesday I was at people's houses again, and I got to go see the Covenant Life Christmas Concert. Very Good :) The Select Choir made me cry, they were so good and the words were very touching. Very cool :)

Tuesday I hit the wall. My body was so exhausted, I was shocked I hadn't gotten sick because of the exhaustion. Wednesday morning I prayed that schools were delayed, which of course they weren't so I had to wake up (even though I went to bed at a decent time) and my body had about 24 hours worth of sleep to catch up on. :P

Wednesday I was out of it. Completely tired and grumpy. Plus to make my case worse I had a quiet time of about two seconds that morning. I know I can still be grumpy even when I have my quiet time- but I'm definitely less grumpy when I have it. So I was pretty much the living dead all day. Dance class was ehhhh- not everyone was listening to me so that was frustrating.

Then I went home. Dylan said he was close to killing my dog several times. Great. You should've seen how relieved Cassie was to see me. Ha. Then I had Dance rehearsal and choir rehearsal ( I was lost with the harmonies until Kirstin came :) You're Amazing Kirstin!)

Then sleep.
and more sleep. Amazing. :)
uhhh
Then in the afternoon around Dinner MOM AND DAD CAME HOME!!! :D :D :D They brought us all little things. They got me a tshirt (thats this really cool shade of blue ) and earrings and brought me some fossilized coral they found on the beach (I collect rocks) Really cool. As well as all of those pillow chocolates :D heehee. Dad had tons of funny stories to tell. :) It sounds like they had a lot of fun. I'm glad they're home, but I'm also missing spending time with my friends.

Then I worked on the script for Much ado about nothing :D heehee. So funny, we're doing it for coop! We worked on it at coop (just to be completely redundant) then my family helped clean up Ms Rohr's Medieval Feast, then we had 10:31

Okay, for the record- REALLY good message. About the prodigal son. It was so good, its just one of those slap in the face moments that there are going to be people who leave the faith and I was just like "Lord have mercy on me!" it was just...yeah. smack in the face. It was a really good (and long) message, plus we had a great time of discussion afterword. :) quite good

then social time :) always fun. Especially after Jayme told me that Dylan and my Dad were looking for me to go...which basically translates into "RUN!" :D haha, very fun.

Then the Kelleys stayed over, and then today Saturday we went to the church early because they had Christmas Tree Selling and I had dance rehearsal. And Choir rehearsal. And crowd acting rehearsal * ahhhh * yeah. It was A LOT of fun. But I am so tired now. But its not near as tired as I was before. Praise the Lord.

and this has been a summary of the week so far. Many details that I missed because I know this post is already massive. OH wait...one dad quote "You guys just for the record- talking about zombies is like girl repellent. For those of you who might want to get a girlfriend someday." hahahahaha :D Oh Im happy Dad is back. and Mom. ♪ We are family...♪

oh and my friends are amazing. for like the billionth time. :)

this hasnt buffed out yet.

sigh. eventually the absence of creative titles will buff out. Eventually!!!

So on Saturday we did get to go to the party :D Kirstin, Jayme and I went as little kids on Christmas morning. Haha, I wore all red, Jayme wore all green, and Kirstin wore all blue. We carried around baby blankets and acted kiddish for the evening (well I wasnt in character as much as Kirstin in Jayme were :D well done you two.) It was quite fun. :) We played games, including white elephant which was very funny. I ended up with a beauty kit-equipped with tweezers! haha. great huh? Jayme brought this elephant that held two pieces of Bliss chocolate (yum. or should I say om nom nom. :D) It was amazing, Bekah ended up getting it and named it JamYe. Heehee.

Then we came home. Had hot chocolate, and started getting ready for bed and stuff. The whole time I was there, we had sort of a battle of who could take a shortest shower. Haha, Kirstin decided to time me once and then ever since the first night I'd go to take a shower and be like "I'm going to take a shower. Time this!" I think the shortest one I had was 4 minutes and something seconds...haha competition. Kirstin and Jayme played along and started timing their showers too :D haha

So anyway, we went to bed. Kirstin and Jayme had choir the next morning and Jayme had told me that they were leaving at 7:10 (I think). So guess what? I slept right through Kirstin's alarm. I woke up when Jayme called my name, I looked up and he said "We're leaving in three minutes." AHHHHHH!!! I scrambled to get ready, and even when I hurried they were still late. Darn. I feel bad about that. :P haha.

So for the record, the choir sounded AMAZING. They're having a concert Tuesday night at 7. Be there. :D

After they finished singing for first service, we went over the the 'big' meeting and listened to the message. Very good message :) Then in between services I went crazy trying to find Jayme (he was going to get food) but they both dissapeared. Or I dissapeared, it was probably that. I tend to dissapear. ANYWAY when he finally did find me it was pretty funny because we had run around in circles trying to find the other person. :P haha.

So, after that. We hung out at the house, looked at Kirstins pictures, talked to her friend Makenna on skype...and then we went back outside to play in the snow :D :D :D So Jayme and I played in the snow and made several attempts to get Kirstin to come outside. She was sitting inside on the computer looking at photos, so we stood outside the window and yelled and threw snowballs at the window and told her how she was breaking our hearts by not coming outside. :D haha. Dispite all of our effort, this plan was unsuccessful :(

But on the bright side, Kirstin did get some pretty amazing photos! and Im not saying this just because Im in the pictures. Seriously. Kirstin is a FANTASTIC photographer :D http://www.kirstinrosephoto.blogspot.com

Then that evening, we went out in the hottub. Then we would get out of the hottub, play in the snow, do snow angels then get back in. It was quite painful- but very fun :D At one point, Kirstin and I ran out into the front, did a snowangel SCREAMED because of the coldness and walked back to the hottub (the boys did this before us, but they didn't scream. haha) And Erik made a couch out of snow that we sat on. Kirstin sat on it longer :P and then I stubbed my toe on an icy stair. Ow. It was a lot of fun (aside from the toe stubbing that is. lol) :) Then we watched Pirates of the Carribean. Good times. :)

There are many many many stories I could tell about how much fun I had with the deWebers this weekend :D But Im going to stop here because many of you are probably reading this going "Man is this thing LONG!" plus, you probably wouldn't get half of the jokes and funny moments. :D haha.

Thanks for having me deWebers! I had a ton of fun! :D You guys are amazing.

~Kylie

oh and may the records show that the deWebers have awesome birds too :) and that I did not bring cargo pants. just for the record.

Saturday, December 5, 2009

This absence of creative titles will buff out. :)

Jayme's idea. :D

So I'm at the deWebers house now :) I got here yesterday afternoon and we had a lot of fun hanging out and talking and chatting and eating and stuff :) Then we watched Liar Liar :D Very funny movie (crude at points I warn you) but it was very funny :)

We were up until about midnight, then went upstairs to bed. Kirstin and I were up for about two hours after that though :D haha.

Then this morning I had to wake up early so that I could go to the Christmas Craft fair. It was supposed to snow in the morning but I woke up to rain. :'( Then I got ready and went downstairs where Jayme was reading his Bible (good man) and then I ate ate breakfast. I had cereal and he had a toaster strudel. Then we left for the church and halfway to the church....

It started to SNOW!!!

:D :D :D

So I went to the Christmas Craft Fair and made some ornaments (dylan made this amazing one of a cycler thats juggling fire! and he actually lit it on fire!!!) and some other things :) very cool.

then I saw how much snow there was outside!!! Inches! and it stuck! It was so pretty! :D And it still is. :)

So then Jayme picked me up and we went to the grocery store to pick up some stuff for Mrs. deWeber. It was really funny cause Jayme was like "Where's the cereal?" and I said "Hm, probably in the same isle as the toaster pastries." So we went down the isle that said toaster pastries and sure enough there were! Then he asked where the dressing is and I said that it was probably in the same isle labeled 'condiments' and he said "Why would there be dressing with the condiments?" Then we walked down the condiment isle and there was dressing! TADA! haha. I felt so accomplished :P lol.

Then we came back, and warmed up for a bit. I had my quiet time (I just have to read Malachi and then I will have finished the Bible!!!!) and while I was reading my bible I heard this sound coming from outside of Kirstin's room and it was Jayme walking by in snow pants :P haha So we went outside and played in the snow. We went sledding :D It was very fun! We were constantly bombarding eachother with snow balls. Jayme kept trying to dump snow on me from the tree, and then it would fall on his head! :D :D :D very funny.

Oh and I buried Jayme in the snow. :D it was funny. We got pictures. And then he broke out like a monster! Twas quite funny :)

Then snow angels and snow ball fights! :D Kirstin got a lot of pictures :) :) :) Hopefully I'll put some up soon.

We were really cold and wet when we came back in. I wore two pairs of jeans outside and they were completely soaked through. Haha, not to mention my hair went totally 1989 on me :D lol. It's poofy and wavy.

Now I'm having hot chocolate with Kirstin and Jayme in the kitchen. And hopefully we'll be able to go to a party tonight if the roads don't freeze over.

Yay Snow! Im having so much fun with the deWebers :D :D :D

comments please! :D (real ones) haha

So see the leaves fall to the ground...

And see them lying all around, Still I can't see you...

:)
Good song. Miss you Mom and Dad.

So Yesterday was Wednesday and I went to MCI with Allie and that went well. I taught dance class and survived and didn't have a nervous breakdown- Praise The Lord!!! :) Then I went to the Hoffmans house with the Kelleys, and we went to Starbucks and then went over hw for Much Ado About Nothing. It was quite fun :) "This looks not like a nuptial." AH such a funny play :D

So then I went to Christmas Choir (which is small this year!) and of course I made a fool of myself within like ten minutes. Mr Boer was like 'And we're doing the Hallelujah Chorus...' and I was like "YES!" and everyone looked at me and started laughing and I was like "is it wrong to be excited or something? sheesh..." :P

So that was run. Really. :D And then I went to the Kelleys house and Elizabeth and I read a bit and listened to Celtic Thunder Music :D :D :D (the title is one of their songs btw) And I decided that Kevin's cat Hobbes is amazing. He's orange and fluffy and he just like comes up to you and is like "pet me!!!" :D haha So we went to bed and then this morning we woke up and got ready for the day, had breakfast and what not.

haha I got all excited and stuff when I discovered I fell asleep with my socks on :P that never happens. And you know what else never happens? I got on the Rebelution before Elizabeth did! What?? Yes I was very excited :D haha. So then I did my homework and caught up on the Biggest Loser ( I missed it this week). And then I did more homework, I'll probably do more later tonight when I feel like I have nothing to do. Plus then I wont have a ton to do over the weekend.

then lets see we listened to this cd that Jayme gave me of some August Burns Red and becoming the archetype stuff. The music is awesome! though I could live with just a little less growling :P lol and guess what? Elizabeth didn't blow up! That made it a success :D Then we went back to Celtic Thunder and singing loudly across the house. :) then we went for a walk and now we are back here, Im chilling and Lidbet is still doing some Hw. We're now listening to superchick :D yay!

OH WAIT! Funny Dad story, he emailed us and said "So the elevator here talks to you like you're an idiot. It's like 'FLOOOOOOOOOOOORRRRRRRR' which translates into American English as 'You stupid American twit. This is the fourth floor now get off and go learn a real game like cricket!' " hahaha :D

The incredible exciting insane whackydoodliedoo

now THAT is a good title :D

So As I said on my previous post, my parents are on a cruise for ten days. This is Day two of the ten, and I am at house number 2-Allie's house.

SO yesterday my parents left at about 5 :30 ish. They woke us up really early to say goodbye and then they got their bags together and left. They told us that they probably wouldnt be in touch with us until wednesday. Which has proved to be true so far. :P

SO yesterday (woah deja vu) I was at the Calderone's house :D It was a lot of fun. We did homework (haha funnnn) and then played around and talked to people on chat....including a very strange chat from Kevin...Boy was THAT was interesting...quite funny :) No worries, no one was emotionally scarred in the process. :P

Oh but I did go over this friendship quiz results of some of my friends and they were so awesome to read over :) Good memories, some made me laugh and they made me realize (yet again!) how amazing my friends are. :) Thanks you guys. :D

And Amy gave me an amazing back rub (I was so tight, and now my back feels all loose and sore. haha. but good :) ) And I had a good time talking with Amy while recieving a back rub.  :) Thanks :)

And then this morning I woke up at 8, the rest of the family had been awake for a couple hours already. haha. Then I got up and ready and Stephen showed me what I could have for breakfast and stuff. I had my quiet time ( Read through Ruth, I just finished a book that talked about her good example) :) and then Stephen and I studied for Biology and went to class.

I got a B on my quiz today. I can deal with that :)

Then I went to the Herberts house! Thats where I am now, and Im having fun with Allie. Her siblings are going crazy (as usual) and we've been attempting to do homework. Which we have successfully done so far :) I called my siblings....I miss them and wanted to make sure they were okay. :) I also wanted to make sure that no one's done anything drastic or killed my dog or something....but mostly because I miss them :) though it didnt sound like they missed me much LOL :P

WELL. Thats pretty much it for now. Listening to music, and chilling. The only thing that would make this better is chocolate, too bad I finished mine in Study Hall yesterday. Sigh...It was good.

So again if you all could be praying for me and my family through this incredible exciting insane whackydoodliedoo (for a lack of better word). And PLEASE PLEASE PLEASEEEEEEEEE COMMENT! :D I love reading comments. But you knew that ;)

Well.

Quick summary of whats been going on at my house. We set up Christmas stuff, I've been finishing up homework, packing, shopping, reading. I finished this book Kirstin lent me way back when called "Lady in Waiting" (note that I recommend this book to any girl especially teens). And I started my Sparkteens account back up. Sparkteens is this site that helps you keep track of your health, and set goals for yourself. And there are groups you can join and stuff. Its fun. :) if you want to open an account (its free!) go to sparkteens.com :D just to throw that out there.

Today is my last day at home with the Parents for over ten days! WOW. I'm so excited to be spending time at friends houses while their gone. But Im also kind of going nuts because I just hope I'll be able to handle all this :P lol. Plus Im hoping that Dylan won't kill my dog while I'm gone. lol. :P

Christmas is near, our Christmas stuff is up and I'm going to miss my house, my parents, my dog Cassie, and (believe it or not) my siblings.

Prayer is much appreciated. :) thanks all.

Black Friday Shopping

This story starts at about 10 pm last night

Cassie wouldnt shut up. She was scared of the rain. And of course the night that I lose a lot of sleep just happened to be night before I was waking up super early to go shopping. Great. So I got maybe two or three hours of good sleep. :P

Then at 4:30 AM Mom came in to wake us up.We woke up, tired, but excited and got dressed and ready quickly. We got to the WalMart in Mt. Airy just about 5. It was packed! Completely crazy all around! There wasnt room to look at anything that you wanted to buy! People were hiding things to make sure they got what they wanted, including hiding cameras in towels :P haha! And there were big screen tv's being sold in the gardening section. Clever...I only got a winter coat there for seven bucks! What now! :D

Mom got some other things quickly, and we got out of there and headed for Radio Shack. We weren't at Radio Shack long and didnt end up getting anything. :P haha. By then it was just about 7am and we headed over to Starbucks to get something to wake us up (I chose tea so that I would be able to take a nap later which of course never happened) Then we drove up to Westminster to go to Old Navy.

YAY OLD NAVY! Okay, Old Navy was definitely the best stop. The sales were awesome! And there weren't a lot of people there! SCORE!!! haha. I got Dylan, Kiera, Ramil and Mom's presents as well as Cassie's ;) plus this cool water bottle for myself. I could've gotten more, but it took me long enough to pick out what I did finally get. And I totally would've gotten more for myself but I was strongly fighting against that urge. Haha, Mom made it easier when she bought a pair of jeans that she said I could borrow :) Mom got lots of stuff and so did Kiera and we saved TONS of money! I spent a little under fifty dollars, and the savings just racked up. I would've spent over a hundred normally. Heehee. I'm quite happy :D lol. "My name is Kylie and I'm a shopaholic..."

Then we went to breakfast at Panera at around 10 ish

Then we went to Marshalls to look for shoes. And I found these AMAZING low boots that were so awesome BUT they were 25 dollars. I figured I could get them cheaper somewhere else- but I was very upset after we went to DSW and found that the pair at Marshalls was 50 DOLLARS MORE AT THE OTHER STORES! :-/ Darn. Mom says that maybe we'll go to Marshall's again tomorrow because she still is looking for shoes for the cruise. :D

When we checked out at DSW Mom announced: "Uh oh. Kylie's hit a wall." She was right. I was dead tired and going just a bit crazy. I could've fallen over asleep at any moment, I was that tired.

Then I came home, and ate because it felt like it was dinner time to me, when it was lunchtime. I ate, and then had to clean my room and right as I was about to pack Mom took me to the bank to open my own savings account. :) I was very proud of myself when the numbers racked up all the money I'd earned in the last couple of months. So now I have a bank account. :D haha.

Then after the bank we went back to walmart to return some jeans that were more like leggings...and bought two shirts for mom's cruise that I will borrow... :D haha and chocolate of course.

it was a fun day. :) Sorry to bore you non-shopping people.

and tonight I think we're going to set up the Christmas tree. If I can stay awake...

:D

Turkey Day! and Love all around :)

Hi Everyone! Happy Thanksgiving!

Just wanted to let you all know how my thanksgiving went. :)

Today, we woke up and watched the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade. Once my parents got home (they were out at the gym) we wished them a happy anniversary. Yes, you heard right, today was not only Thanksgiving, but my parent's anniversary. They are married 21 years today. :)

So for this thanksgiving, my family went over to my Aunt Moe's house! It was a small thanksgiving, just our family, Aunt Moe, her children Megan and Matt (and Matt's girlfriend Allison, and Megan's fiance Kris), Ian and Sean (my cousins) and Ian's girlfriend, and my Aunt Al. So maybe that seems big to you, but it was small for me.

We normally have Thanksgiving dinner here, and set up tables all the way down the middle of the house, but since my parents are leaving on a cruise in a couple of days, we didn't want to deal with it this year. My Aunt Moe's house is like five minutes away, believe it or not, we used to live next door to eachother up until I was four. So we had thankgiving over there and it was SO awesome to seen my cousins and aunts again. Ever since I was little, I've absolutely adored my cousins (they are all a lot older than me, Matt's the youngest older cousin, he was ten when I was born) And they're so awesome to their little cousins ;) Matt is so fun to hang around, and we all got to talk a lot about what's been going on, and Megan's upcoming wedding! :D We had a lot of laughs, and a lot of food. And I mean A LOT of food, including this incredible cherry pie that my cousin Matt made :D

As you can probably tell, Matt and Megan are two of my favorite cousins because I grew up with them so close by. Even when we 'moved away' they were still only like five minutes away. I love them so much :)

And Megan showed us all her wedding dress :D :D :D WHOOOHOOOOO :D It was so pretty. :)

OH and I forgot to mention the Tv stopped working! The guys were so upset they couldnt watch the football game. LOL! So it got really quiet after the game was off ;) haha.

and We got to go visit Liza and her parents (our old neighbors on the other side of the house) Liza is older than me too, I think she's 28 now, is married and has two kids! And her two kids were adorable, and her husband is very nice. :)

Over all it was a great thanksgiving. Lots of funny moments, seeing as all these people are related to my Dad ;) It was amazing. I loved it. :)

Now Im so stuffed and tired!!! And tomorrow we're going shopping EARLY. first year I've ever done this, I think I'm going to bring the camera. haha. :) we'll see.

Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Tell me about it! Comments!! :D

heh.

again with the titles. :P

So where shall I start? Okay Monday- Monday was good pretty much. Studied for Biology.

Tuesday I had this BIG test in Biology, and guess what? I did well enough that it raised my grade to a B!!! YAY!!!

Then Wednesday I woke up early and went to Starbucks with my Mom before MCI. The people who work there know what I normally order and today they had their Christmas specials. I trusted the lady who worked there to give me a different drink that I would like, and she proved herself to be trustworthy. :) Of course she gave me coffee instead of my normal tea latte, and Jenna said that I was hyper all day. But it was still yummy.

And I got to go to art, composition class. haha, in composition class I was fiddling with my pencil and it flew up, almost hit the ceiling, and then landed on this girls hand across the room. lol. Then lunch, I ordered pizza but didnt get it until like five minutes before lunch was over because of a long story I dont want to ramble on about.

and Geometry was okay. It was only great because I again was able to raise my grade up to a B. :)

Then Dance was fun, we did all these random dances and stuff to Boom Boom Pow by the Black Eyed Peas. haha.l Yeah...not exactly a Christian band but...we had fun.

And then David came over and I helped to teach him the Christmas Dance. I think the funniest moment was when David was insisting I should eat dinner, and then my Dad was like "No eat later. Dance now!" "But..." "DANCE BOY! DANCE! I'M GONNA BRING OUT THE RIFLE AND MAKE YOU DANCE!"haha.

Thursday was good. Went to 4H for the first time and that was alot of fun. :)

Friday was good too. We got Chinese food at Coop :D Then David, Elizabeth, and Kevin came over in between coop and the meeting that night. We were going out into town to get my mom some chocolate ( :D ) when the guys decided to give us a ten minute head start and then they were going to stalk us. We spent a good amount of time running around town, trying to avoid being seen by the guys. It was fun. :)

Then the Connect meeting :D

Then on the way back home, we (me, dylan, Elizabeth, Kevin and JD) were in Dylan's car when it started overheating so we were forced to stop by a GRAVE YARD to let it cool down. You can imagine how fun that was.

Saturday was probably my favorite day this week. :)

Saturday we had youth band training in the morning :) then I went to the deWebers for lunch and then went to dance rehearsal for the Christmas show. I was SO tired! Then I went back to the deWebers for a couple of hours and had dinner, then went to Abby's party!

Abby's party was a lot of fun! We played games, watched Monty Python (I want to SING! :D) and danced around in the strobe light :D heehee that was amazing. :) Oh and not to mention this very interesting audio message I recieved...

And then we came home (we being Dylan and I) and discovered that CHRISTMAS MUSIC IS NOW PLAYING ON THE RADIO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then I went to bed, quite content with the day.

And then I woke up at 1:30 am and threw up.

what?!!

yeah. weird isn't it? One day I'm completely fine the next I wake up sick to my stomach? The human body is a weird thing. So basically I had to stay home from church cause at that point I was still really miserable and nausious and now, I still feel pretty nasty. I've been laying in bed all day writing down christmas present stuff and listening to music and watching Christmas movies.

So that was a very brief description of my week. I could go into more detail (LOTS MORE DETAIL) but since Im sick my brains all whack, and I don't think that I'd be able to do a good post with every single funny/nice moment that happened this week. So Im sorry to all of you who like hearing all of the details and things that happen in my life. lol.

Basically, it was a great week :)...up until getting sick. haha.

comments please!

I cant think of any more creative titles so what you see is what you get.

ha.

So lets think, what happened this week?

Starting Thursday...Um I did school, and went to the dentist (Joooyyyyyyy....I'm not exactly a fan of like dentist offices and stuff...like at all.) And the dentist who was new....it seems like I have a new dentist every time...basically gave me this big talk about how important flossing is...lol and then he told me that I'm going to need my wisdom teeth yanked out in a couple of months. ahhhhhhhhh. oh well.

Then, Mom and I went to California Tortilla. Then we went to the thrift shop where I bought yet another sweater :D and this little Christmas ornament of a bird in a cage. One of my favorite Christmas songs is "The Gift" by Aselin Debison. It's about this little orphan girl who finds this bird and takes care of it and then decides to give it to Jesus on Christmas Eve. :) tis very sweet and beautiful :D

Then Friday we had Co-op just like every Friday. Oh and it was to write love on her arms day. So I wrote love my arm...and it still hasn't come off. I feel like delinquent I've got a tattoo :P lol

And then FEE!!!!!!!!!!!

:D :D :D

Fee was incredible I got up front in the 'worship pit' with friends and we jumped up and down and sang at the top of our lungs. And screamed and pumped our fists. I was so effected by a new passion for God. :) PRAISE THE LORD!

Oh and not to mention I was proposed to. haha. by Kevin. It was quite interesting. and I said NO! And I would appreciate it if people would stop celebrating my 'engagement'.

ANYWAY!!! I slept in on Saturday until 11!!! SCORE! :D And then I had a couple of hours to do stuff and relax (haha more relaxing. Im lazy :-/ bad me...not to mention I was a total idiot in the way I was so effected by the concert and then didn't have a quiet time which resulted in me being mean the rest of the day. merph.)

Then dance rehearsal :)

and then we went to Wendy's :) (we being Jayme, Kirstin, Dylan, me and Kiera. in the PRIUS :D )

and then THG rehearsal. Which the best part of was definitely when us people in the worship team got to watch the THG skit. :D :D :D they were doing a skit about David and Goliath. But the whole time they were doing their skit (which was funny by itself) dylan and Daniel were putting up slides on the projector of their comments. IT was SOOOOOOO funny!

First Liam came out as David and the girls on stage were like "See this is David, he's talented and courageous and good looking."
then Dylan writes on the screen "Hunky hunk hunk." and we just cracked up! the people on stage were like 'the line wasn't really that funny...'
then when the Israelites were ganstas :P the guys were talking funny enough and then Dylan wrote on the screen when Andrew started talking

"Andrew is NOT gansta."
then Jayme
"Jayme is REALLY NOT gansta."
kevin?
"Kevin, IS gangsta"

hahahahhaha oh and it just went on and on and it was SOOOOOOOOO funny. The guys trying to be gangstas was hysterical. "Yo, who is that yo?" "That be my brudda man." "Your brudda from anudda mudda man. What you doin here man?" oh my goodness it was SO funny.

then I spent the night at the deWebers house :) which is always fun. Kirstin and I made cookies. like forty billion of them... hahaha. but they were peanut buttery and chocolaty and yummy :D And when we got ready for bed and chilled in her bedroom, talked (I had a quiet time while she was in the shower. better late than never I guess...) and we went through bible verses and stuff :) and we got an interesting text from Jayme of a picture of him and a deer head thats mounted on the wall in the basement and the caption said "Me and Dylan" hahahaha :)

and Kirstin and I had a long talk about God and the Bible and other stuff :)It was really nice. :)

then this morning we got to the church early and Kirstin took some pictures of me out in the freezing cold :P haha. And Jayme brought this colored hair spray, blue and green. :) Jayme sprayed a blue streak down the middle with green stripes on the side :). Kirstin did a big section of her hair blue :)and I went with the Tricia Brock look with a half ponytail with this blue streak in the hair thats down. it was pretty cool I must say. and we did worship team, and we managed to see baptisms too

we got to go see baptisms, 1st service Gabriel (Gabe) Soto got baptized. I've known Gabe for a while, I mean we're not great friends or anything but I've known him through Jayme and Kirstin and Dylan. But it was so incredible for me to hear his testimony and see how much he's changed!!! :) Congrats Gabe. a few other people got baptized that service, then Elizabeth and Kevin and Sophie got baptized the second service.:D It was so amazing to hear their testimonies too and I was tearing up. It made me realize even more how blessed I am to have friends like them who are so in love with the Savior :)

ahhh I've been blessed with so many godly friends- you all are amazing!!! You all inspire me so much and I learn so much from all of you. :) :) :) :) :) and oh my goodness I am seriously tearing up as I am writing this ahhh you all are so incredible!!!!!!!!!!!! :D :D :D :D :D

one thing tue do...

you get it tue? :P My humor stinks I know...

SO I've been really frustrated lately with school, because I can do well but I have to work 5 times as hard to do as well as my siblings. Some people just have to work harder I've learned but its SO FRUSTRATING!

Anyway, all that frustration PAID OFF yesterday! I worked my tail off the past week studying for two quizzes I needed to take at Biology (which I have explained before to be my bad subject.) David showed me this great studying site called www.studystack.com and I studied my information in there every night. And guess what? I GOT AN A+ ON BOTH QUIZZES!!! :D AHHHH! That makes me soooooo happy! Praise the Lord!

Then Tuesday I did more homework, including reading Don Quixote :) Which is like one of my favorite books ever- and Elizabeth doesn't like it. HA! Don Quixote is also the story behind one of my favorite musicals "The Man of La Mancha" They are both very good, though the musical is different from the book. My favorite quote from the movie is "I am the Knight Don Quixote and this- is my arm!" :D So random...so funny... :)

and The Biggest Loser was on last night! I love the biggest loser but I'm so upset. Last night TWO of my favorite contestants went home, Daniel and Shay. SHAY SHOULD HAVE STAYED!!! people are stupid sometimes...

and then today I woke up early because mom thought we had to pick someone up at eight and we didn't... :-\ ah well...On the car ride I told mom this freaky dream I had. I was in a Library with Elizabeth and whenever I opened a book, Kevin would appear in a different outfit! HE WAS EVERYWHERE!!! :-o It was rather frightening...

then I had art :D YAY! Then Composition. We had a substitute teacher in composition class and when she went around to ask everyone's name I was like
"I'm Kylie...Smith."
and she goes
"YOU'RE KYLIE SMITH??? NO WAY! OH, now I can finally put a face to your name!"
I was laughing and then I was like
"Hi..I didn't know I was famous" :P hahaha it was pretty funny :D

Then lunch was good. :) as always...

Then Math, which was interesting... :P

Then Dance. I was feeling kind of sickly all day and then it got worse by dance class and I wasn't participating the whole time. I feel like I'm getting a cold with a stomach ache type thing... NOOOO! Pray I don't get piggied...

Oh and did I mention PILGRIM :D :D :D

And I've got school going on the next couple of days, and working out haha. AND FEE! I really hope I feel good enough on friday to go.

and I've been brainstorming band stuff :)

thats all for now

~kylie

(ps. The title was a take off of a song by The Plain White Tees 1, 2, 3, 4 it goes "Theres only 1 thing 2 do 3 words 4 you...I love you.." yeahhhh LoL )

what a weekend :)

So on Saturday I woke up planning to stay in my pjs all day and just lay around, and then I remembered I had Christmas show dance rehearsal. Haha...oops.

So in the afternoon I went to dance rehearsal- funny moment a couple of minutes after I walked in the door. We were all stretching and we did that thing where we hang over and then roll back up and as we were hanging..."THE DOOR CAN SEE INTO YOUR MIND!!! THE DOOR CAN SEE IN TO YOUR SOUL!!!"

oh no.

that would be the tone I get for text messages, loud as anything as we started stretching. Everyone laughed and I was so embarrassed :P

So that was fun, then after that was finished Kirstin and I were arguing over whose mallet it was (long story...) so we had this mallet and she thought it was my familys and I knew it wasnt so we were arguing. Then, when she started walking towards her car we noticed that she was trying to walk away without the mallet. So me and allie were yelling "TAKE THE MALLET! TAKE THE MALLET! TAKE IT!!!" While we were yelling Chris Perdue walked by and gave us this weird look, then he said "I walk up and all I hear is take the mallet..." :D haha

then Sunday, Josh gave a great message at church and we went home to get ready for the feast. I got my stuff together and then we found that someone (or something) had poisoned the fish in our pond! Half of our fish, including our big beautiful ones were killed. :(

Then we got back to getting ready, and Mrs Porter picked me and Ramil and Kiera up to go set up. I was already in costume (I wore this purple dress with a purple blouse over it with this white pearly headband.) I liked my costume. Except the sleeves kept falling down!!! URG!!!

So I went to help set up and I helped my other friends get ready and in costume, Elizabeth made a beautiful queen :) And some of my other friends that weren't in our co-op helped out as servitors which was AMAZING! haha it was so fun having them around, plus a few of them pulled pranks that backfired and were quite funny :D Like, lets see...salt in the water? or vinegar for water which Elizabeth made Stephen, Robert and Hannah drink. :D hahaha it was great.

And we (Elizabeth, Elizabeth, David and I) sang this song that came out pretty good- I was sooooo nervous.

Dave made me laugh really hard while we were sitting at the high table several times, one of them being when he turns to me and goes "Maid Marian?"
"Yes Robin?"
"I think I feel a break-up coming on. I like these people over here better."
"Well you better reconsider, because I'll stomp on your feet while we're dancing if you don't."
"Oh, okay we're back together." AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHA :D

and when he pretended to be drunk that was pretty funny too :D several hysterical moments :D haha

And then we kind of failed the dance.. :P heehee it was fun though! OH YES, and Kevin...my dad's got his eye on you.. you better watch out!

when we were dancing, whenever Daniel, Drew and Kevin walked past me they starting winking and giving me flirty eyebrows- and my Dad caught kevin doing it! :D hahahahaha that caused a pretty epic stat war that night :D

and Dylan cut his finger while slicing bread, after I told him to be careful several times... :-| ah well. and I was sitting next to drew at the high table who's "humor" kept me entertained for a while..and annoyed other times. he kept stealing my bell and said that his was "suckish" therefore for the rest of the evening i called him "mr suckish" whenever he called me "ms unladylike" HA

but of course...Im not really ladylike so...oops.

haha.

Im getting excited because my parents are going on a a cruise in a couple of weeks and I get to stay at friends houses! and its getting closer and closer!!! :D :D :D

please leave a comment, I love reading comments :D

SUPERCHICK AND SQUARE DANCE!!!

So pretty much my week wasn't all that exciting until THURSDAY!!! Thursday my mom, Kiera, Allie and I went to go see Superchick, Barlowgirl, and Vota in concert. :D :D :D

So we left the house at about 3:30 ish to go to West Virginia, and we were rocking out to Superchick and BarlowGirl the entire time. Then once we got there we were way early so we went to McDonalds and got some food and then went back to the church where we waited outside for almost 45 minutes before they let us in. Then we rushed to go get good seats- FRONT ROW!

Then the concert opened with Vota (if you haven't heard them, check out this song

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rXruyT3ziUU That when we got in the very front in

the mosh pit! We were rocking out in the very front, Dancing and head banging and what have you.

AND THEN SUPERCHICK PLAYED!!! :D :D :D and they were AWESOME! They opened with Anthem, played Hey Hey, Rock What you Got, Cross the Line, Alive, One Girl Revolution, Hero, We Live, Stand in the Rain and more!!! It was INCREDIBLE!!! The guitarist/vocalist Melissa actually touched me! It was pretty insane :D They are such a rocking band, they had such amazing energy on stage and it just made you want to be a rock star! incredible incredible incredible

Then there was a quick break, and we took the risk to lose our place in the mosh pit to go get water and and suviniers :D I got a hat that says "All Princes Start as Frogs" Princes and Frogs is probably my favorite song by superchick check it out!

http://www.youtube.com/watchv=RfYNi9WRJb8&feature=PlayList&p=D79166EFCB552497&playnext=1&playnext_from=PL&index=21

:D

Then we got back to see BarlowGirl, I didn't know as many of their songs. But I knew Never Alone, I need you to love me and Beautiful Ending. All of those are EXTREMELY good songs :D :D :D I also got their new album so I can learn some more.

Then we ran over to the tables where they were signing autographs (them being Superchick!) and I got to talk to them for a couple of minutes :D Matt especially (Matt is so cool, he's so cool and crazy- and he's the one who sings Princes and Frogs!) I got all of them to sign my hat :D :D :D AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH that makes me happy

Then we went home, and we were so tired. We got ready for bed and were asleep by 12:30 (we didnt get home until 11:30)

then the next day we had co-op, and workshop for Esther. Then Jayme and Kirstin took me to Taco Bell (thank you :) for dinner and then we came back for the square dance!!!

The Square Dance was SOOOO much fun! We need to have those more often. We did line dances for a while, and then we did some social dances and then square dance! It was amazing. There was a really funny moment when I was dancing with Jayme, we did the walk in walk out thing and when we came back out, Dylan jumped in Jayme's place. I didn't notice for a second but when I did it scared me so bad! apparently it was pretty funny though. haha.

And then at the end of the night, Katie and I had teamed together to pie David. Then when they got him up there, Katie and I went up to pie him and they called MY NAME TO GET ME PIED! I was like 'WHAT?!!!!!!!!!' and guess who was laughing? Jayme, Sam and David. I totally didn't see that coming. So I did pie David, but then he pied me, as well as the other two and Kiera. It was funny once I got over the betrayal.

So Yup, its been an eventful couple of days. check out flickr to see pictures, as well as allie's blog justme-allie.blogspot.com and kirstin will probably have some pictures from the square dance kirstinrosephoto.blogspot.com

:D

Harvest Party, Super Sunday and Mega Monday :)

Yes I know. My titles are awful. :P

SO we headed back over to the church for the harvest party and got there around four. A whole hour early, Dylan insisted on it because apparently he had more work to do on the maze. It was funny to see peoples reactions to the boys outfits of the Spanish Inquisition- everyone was like "You're a pope? A bishop? A cardinal?" haha it was great.

And we got Food :D yay food. I had an arguement with Dylan in the car about us needing dinner, which he utterly denied and said that we could just have candy. Remind me to never send my children to his house ;) jk lol.

And then Kirstin and Jayme showed up. :) Kirstin skipped out on the campout :-| so this was the first time I'd seen her in a couple of days ;) Kirstin had this amazing traditional german dress that she was wearing for her costume and she had her hair up in this gorgeous curly bun :D :D :D and Jayme was dressed as a soldier, and that was also really cool. :)

I was a hippie. Mr. Alonso said I looked like my mom from back in the day :D hahahaha...

And then the harvest party began! Doc Mays had us arranged in groups to switch around the games so we wouldn't be bored with what we got. I was with Kirstin, Jayme, Erik and Pete. We started out with putt putt and bowling. Then we went to target practice then the MAZE!!! The maze was definitely the best. Jayme sat in one of the dead ends of the maze and when people came in he'd be like "I'm lost. Can you help me?" it was pretty funny. Then Andrew came through, and Jayme jumped out at him and Andrew freaked out!!! :D :D :D it was great.

And while Jayme was sitting in the dead end, I came up from behind and jump started him but of course he got me back later by grabbing my ankle from under the maze. I get scared so easily... :P

Then we moved on to Duckies and then Hidden Treasure. Here's where I started to get REALLY grumpy and mean. Especially towards Kiera :( Then we went home, this time with Bekah. She spent a little while at my house before her parents picked her up. Then after she went home I crashed. I was OUT.

Then I woke up after a good ten hours of sleep. :D ahhhh. Then I went to church where I had to serve on the greeting team. And one of the first people I greeted was like "You are just too cheerful this morning. I want to be in bed." haha. I guess that means I'm doing my job right? :P

Then Josh Harris gave this great message on the Proverbs 31 woman. It was SOOO good! It really challenged me to be more like the woman described in that Proverb! Now I have Proverbs 31:30 on my wall :)

Then in the evening, My Aunt Moe came over for dinner. :) Aunt Moe is the Aunt that I look like when she was my age. It's crazy :) We had a great dinner and played Beatles rockband. (Obviously related to my Dad lol.)

Then this morning I studied History and Biology over and over and over
then MCI twin day, Allie and I kind of had a twin fail because we didn't exactly wear the same outfit... :P hahaha.

Funny moment in Geometry. Apparently at the bonfire on Friday, someone said that Drew was either obsessed with me or cannibalism. Then today at Geometry, someone else metioned it again. And I said, "Now Drew, what did we say about me and cannibalism?" and he responded "I CHOOSE CANNIBALISM!!!" hahahaha :D

Then more studying and studying. Then my grandparents came by AND....

TINA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

for those of you who don't know who Tina is, she was my foster sister. She moved out a while ago but she's still really close, I consider her my older sister. :) She stopped by and took Kiera to 4H and she hung out for a while. And I got handmedowns and sweaters :D It was fun going through the clothes because I remember her wearing some of them when she stayed with us :)

Then I made dinner and Ramil helped me study.

And then I posted on www.onewayupwebcast.blogspot.com :)

Then ummm I chilled and now Im posting here...

Thats pretty much it.

OH and did I mention the square dance friday?? WOOT! Im so excited...

Saturday, October 31, 2009

neverland..the cold and costumes...

So lets go in order shall we? First, Wednesday was Bekah birthday and Stephen's birthday!!! :D :D :D I had MCI that day which was good, it seemed to go pretty fast but at the end of the day at dance class Im like "I really don't want to dance now, can't I just sleep?" :P

Then Wednesday afternoon, Drew and Kevin came over to work on their Spanish Inquisition costumes for the harvest party and feast. On the car ride home, I was so hungry I opened up a packet of Swedish Fish candy. And of course Drew and Kevin wanted some so they flattered me.
"Kylie, you're amazing."
"I love your hair!"
"I like your eye makeup!"
"I like your eyes withOUT makeup!"
hahahahaha it was fun. I was so grumpy- the only reason they're still alive is because they flattered me ;)

Then Kevin got a taste of the madness that goes on at our Smith family dinners. Dad was telling this hilarious story from work. Several actually, but they're not as funny over a blog so if you want to hear it come talk to me ;)

Thursday I did my co-op homework, and got Peter Pan (the book) from the library. And I also got the movie Finding Neverland, about JM Barrie. I'm writing a report on Peter Pan, I figured if I'm going to do a report it might as well be fun.

Then Friday, I went to Co-op (I was VERYYYY grouchy Friday) it was a dreadful disscussion that never seemed to end- until we started working with stuff for the feat which is NEXT SUNDAY! :hyperventilates: I finally got to try on my full costume today :) I'm quite excited, this should be a lot of fun!!! We went through the basic structure of the feast and practiced the dance, I danced with Sam because David's sick and so was Elizabeth. Elizabeth's better now but Dave is still sick. :( GET BETTER DAVE!!!!

Then after co-op I hung around at the Ferleman's house for a while and then we all (there was a group of us) headed over to the church to get ready for the sleepover!!! We broke sticks for kindling with Mr. Brewer, and then we called Jayme (Dylan ended up hanging up on me) and Elizabeth decided it'd be funny if we all ran after him for being so rude :P that was interesting. I think Jayme really enjoyed watching us attempt to stop him from driving away :D hahaha

Then once we set up (which took forever because we had tent problems) we had a meeting and we set up the games for the Harvest Party! Once we finished setting up, we set out for the bonfire out back :) it was really fun. It was a great time of fellowship- not to mention Jayme did the worm :D I attempted to do the worm and EPICALLY failed. hahaha. yeahhh...

And we had a time of worship around the fire, AND we slid down the wet hill in trash bags. :D Then I had a ton of fun with the girls in my tent(s). We stayed up late and talked and laughed. Not to mention getting texts from a mysterious Jiminy Cricket (you know who you are ;) and others. The boys ceran wrapped Dave Brewer!!! hahahaha. And us girls had a worship session around a campfire someone made and we sang quite loudly and sometimes off key :D haha but it was fun! Apparently the boys thought we were having a screaming contest
LOL

And then this morning we woke up in the cold, wet tent. After our like...three hours of sleep. Breakfast was really drowsy, so many people were sleepy. :) We all had fun telling eachother over breakfast about what went on that night, and what was hysterical and what wasn't so hysterical :P

Then we left (Dylan, me and Kevin-Im not completley clear on why Kevins here...he asked my Dad and Dad said yes and Im braindead right now so I dont remember..) and I fell asleep in the car. And now I want to sleep but I CANT. urg. I hate that.

Then tonight will be the HARVEST PARTY!!!! :D :D :D

eep.

hi everybody.

life is...interesting.

Im starting to get really stressed out. I haven't been sleeping well, I've been having nightmares (what am I, four?) which is resulting in me being really crabby and overreacting to everything. And on top of that, I didn't do well on my test today. sigh.

OKAY lets back up a couple of days.

So on Friday I had Co-op, which was good for the most part. We practiced the dance (as you probably know David is my dance partner) and we got SO confused! We were always turning the wrong way and at one point David just started jumping up and down- which was funny because he was still holding my hand at the time so my hand was going up and down along with him. So I just started jumping too, then after a couple of seconds David says "Okay, lets stop. People are going to be like 'Why are they jumping up and down and holding hands?'" hahahahahahahaha...nicccceeee David.

Then we went to church, because there was another workshop and Mom and Kiera had volleyball. I had done the workshop before and I played volleyball and got bored, so I went to the lobby where Kevin was doing some HW on my moms laptop. Then I got on his gmail and pulled some pranks on people. THAT was funny. :D

Then I went to Pizza Hut with some friends for Kiera's volleyball party. I could only eat one piece of pizza cause it was SO greasy.

Then I got dropped off to the church by my mom, I was early for the meeting so I started playing Guess Who with Jon. I kept looking at the door every couple of seconds to see when the deWebers would come! Then I realized it was my turn to ask a question, and I looked down at the board then right as I wasn't paying attention.

"Jump Start!"
I jumped. It was Jayme! How on earth did I miss them come in? I stood up and gave him a hug, then hugged Kirstin and we all started talking. I was SOOOO happy to see them!!! :D Then there was a meeting, which was good. :) Then social time!!! And I could tell about how I completely humiliated myself in front of a group of people but I think I'll skip that part ;)

and then Dylan's like "Its time to leave!" and the meeting had only ended about twenty minutes ago. Thats the disadvantage of your brother being your only ride home.

Then Saturday, Dad's birthday!!! We watched a movie in the morning, then we went to the studio in the afternoon to record with the band. But then we had technical difficulties so we didn't end up recording...urggg. I think the band needs to be a bit more organized :P we all have our own ideas...lol. And I dont think I'm even an official member yet :P

Then Saturday Night we got a whole bunch of chicken wings and stuff and watched The Goonies :D good movie.

Then Sunday... church! Then Work, which was so unbelievably busy. To summarize, I helped a disabled man with his bags to his car, helped a little boy find his mother, and I got a BIG attitude (like close to yelling attitude) from this guy who was all ticked off that we ran out of caramel apples. Let me tell you that is hard to deal with, cause all you can do is smile and nod until they leave. :-| Then the time in between those things I was bagging NON stop. I was so tired and hungry by the time I was done.

Then I went to Bekah's Birthday Party! Which was a ton of fun! I got scared a lot (haha, I'm such a wimp. I'm a weirdo too because I hate being scared but I love it at the same time :P ) and we got to have a campfire and talk and tell jokes and stories :D oh and not to mention I got a big old purple bruise on my knee because Allie yanked me and I lost my balance :P
(don't worry Allie <3>

Then I went home and crashed.

Then the next morning (Monday) I woke up and showered and got ready for the day and started doing schoolwork, then went to Math class (which was fun because she was grading tests so I got to talk with friends for an hour :D ) Then I went home, finished up school and watched Edward Scissorhands!

Okay, so Edward Scissorhands is an incredible movie! Its so creative and Johnny Depp is amazing! Its one of my favorite movies, but man it is so sad! Tears were just rolling down my face at the end of the movie. But don't let that stop you from watching it, because it is SO worth it!

Then I did something else....I listened to cds and read my Bible.

And then there was today, which was going well until biology class. :( which as you can tell from there my day just got steadily worse. woohoo....

So now Im trying to cheer up. And if you know me, I can be really hard to cheer up sometimes. :P Yup so I need hugs and prayer. Not necessarily in that order. haha.

happy fall...errr winter?

yup its getting cold. but the weather is so fickle, it goes from winter to fall to winter to fall to winter...sigh. BRING OUT THE SWEATERS :D :D :D

of course I brought out the sweaters weeks ago...ANYWAY.

My grades are going up :D :D :D YAY!!!! Im quite happy. Time management rocks. :) And I've been good mostly. Little crabby and mean at points, kind of sad at others.

Im looking foward to Christmas. haha yes already. :) I've been listening to Christmas music and mom just got this spray stuff that smells like a christmas tree. And gingerbread men...heehee. Man I love Christmas. :) I can't wait to go Christmas shopping :D

oh not to mention...this song is like my new favorite song EVER! It's Thankful by Josh Groban, and its amazing. It makes me feel so well...Thankful for everything God's given me. :) Check it out!!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p2M0GQOgYGg&feature=related

sigh...I love Josh Groban. His voice is incredible and his range is epic. Im so mad I cant sing one of his songs without cracking at least once :P

hmmm lets see what else is up..OH well another funny story about my Dad :) So we were grocery shopping, just me and Dad. Im really close with my Dad and I love doing stuff like this with him. So I stood on the front of the cart and Dad pushed me around the store, pretending like he was going to run me into things. haha. But what was really funny is we passed pickles in one of the isles. and I was like...

"Oh Dad, why don't we get some pickles?" "No. If I eat pickles, your mother won't kiss me." "Well if I eat pickles, boys will stay far away from me." "Good point. Go ahead and get them." HAHAHAHAHAHAHA :D I think I've learned how to reason with my Dad. LOL. :)

and then there was a meteor shower that I stayed up to see but then there WERE CLOUDS! I only saw like a minute of it and then it was gone. Stupid clouds...

Yesterday marked the one year anniversary of Ryan Didone's death. The fifteen year old guy who died in a car accident. :( this makes me sad.

Oh and on a Happier note. MY DADS BIRTHDAY IS SATURDAY :D :D :D Im SO excited! Ive got some fun stuff planned, it'll be amazing :D :D :D :D :D :D

and hmm what else? hmm school, more school, work, relaxing, emailing, texting...

texting?

THE DEWEBERS ARE COMING HOME TONIGHT! WOOT!

So they'll be at the Connect Meeting!!!!!!! :D :D :D YAY!

hmmm and thats pretty much it....

:)

Hi!!! Im happy for no apparent reason. I love it when that happens!!! :D :D :D

Im also bored. And I really dont feel like studying more tonight. haha.

So lets see whats been up. Not much. RAIN and COLD. But the heater in my room started working YAY! And I've been using my amazing electric blanket, and wearing my giant sweater and watching movies in my spare time. I watched 'A Walk To Remember' the other night (the book is so much better) but this time when I watched it, I cried harder than I had before. Kiera walked in and was like "You've seen this like five times! And you're still crying?" and I was like "ITS SO SAD!" Nicolas Sparks just loves making people cry doesnt he? I would know I became addicted to his books over the summer, but the last one just destroyed me.

And Friday I went to a dance workshop after coop. That was fun. Then Saturday I got up early to go to work and right as I was about to leave my phone rang, it was Todd Butler telling me I didnt have to come. And I was like "OH. Okay.." I was kind of happy I wasnt working cause it was so cold and dreary outside, but then again I was like "I just woke up early on a saturday for nothing!!!" lol

Then at One on saturday I went to Christmas show rehearsal/workshop where we did a tin soldier dance :) it was quite fun. Then I had THG (oh not to mention I hadnt been recieving texts for the last 24 hours) and while we were practicing a song my phone started beeping like crazy cause I had NINE TEXTS MESSAGES!!! I jumped up and screamed. Kelly wasnt very happy with me though :P lol Then I saw this great band at my Dad's youth center. :) It got Dylan and I thinking a lot more about songs we could do for the band we're in.

THG was great. Now Ive just been doing homework and texting. haha I texted alot at THG because allie's new phone is really cool :D :D :D

Then I was doing homework and listening to music and texting. When I was listening to music, when "Whispers in the dark" came on, Cassie pulled the wire so that the speakers moved and then she laid down with her ear right next to the speaker. I was like "Wow, You're obviously my dog." :D :D :D

and I've been writing down rock songs that I like that might work for the band. and now I have Catch Me by Demi Lovato stuck in my head...which isnt really rocky but she's got a rock type voice. :)

OH and did I mention how irritated I am with Miley Cyrus? Her new music video for "Party in the USA" is completely innapropriate. Her outfit is immodest, the way she acts is innapropriate and the lyrics are bad. Doesnt she know she's a role model to thousands of little girls around the world???!!!! DONT watch the video. JUST DONT.

and yup that was completely all over the place I know but thats what goes on.

Its that time of year.

Where everything starts slowing down just a tad, and its hard to get work done when your hands are freezing off. :P Its cold now, its like we skipped fall and moved right on to winter! What happened?

My little sister Kiera and I share a room and guess what? Our heater is broken :P so we're piling on the blankets and I've been going to bed wearing my slippers and giant sweatshirts the last couple of days. Im still in my pajamas as I write this- they're very comfy :D

Well whats been up? So on Tuesday I watched the Biggest Loser, which is really starting to get on my nerves because they sent home this guy who totally should have stayed while the other should of gone home!! UGH! Is the point of reality TV just to annoy you? I mean really!

Then Wednesday I had MCI all day :D Starting with art class, half of which we had outside and it was SO COLD!!! I also discovered that I don't do well with oil pastels. They're hard for me to use.

Then Composition class, I de segregated the room (previously we'd been sitting guys on one side of the room and girls on the other) I was like "What is this? Elementary School? OKAY are you ready for this?" I got up and moved to the other side of the room and sat next to a boy (how scandalous! :P jk) and then the class started to mix up a bit. haha. I was the start of a big movement :D lol

Then at lunch I proposed the idea to Allie of growing my hair out until spring and then getting it cut for locks of love, and she said that she wants to do it with me! So that's the plan, so we'll have long hair through winter and then in spring it will be short. Locks of Love is a charity when you cut off ten inches or more of hair and then they make wigs affordable to kids with long term hair loss. Its really awesome.

Then Geometry...that was interesting, I learned it was 'Hug an Asian Day'..haha weird. So then we started talking about hugs and as I walked by David I gave him a hug, and then Kevin was like "Hey why'd he get a hug and not me?" (Kevin was sitting down across the room at this point) and David said "Kevin, there's a reason I'm 6 and you're 2000!" Those who are in on that joke will find that funny :P Also its funny because David made up the numbers not me...

Then Dance- that was the hardest one so far we were all sweaty!

Then I went upstairs to get ready to leave and I was told to text Jayme and tell him everyone says hi and that we miss them. Its funny whenever someone says "It'll buff out" we'll all be like pretending to sniffle and cry. Know that you are missed deWebers.

Then I went home and relaxed...

And then this morning I recieved a text from jayme (that appeared to have just gotten there) and I replied to it. THEN I looked at the details and noticed that the text was sent at 11 last night- so I had just texted him at 7am washington time. And guess what? I woke him up again. Im just so smart... :P

And then I started debating the whole haircutting thing...did I really want to? what would my friends think? would I look good with short hair? all of these crazy selfish things. and David said to do it, that its more rewarding than I know. Just to not do it because of peer pressure and I said "I'm not doing it because of peer pressure, It was my idea." Which then made me feel stupid because thats just what he said to me at the youth retreat when I was giving him a hard time about shaving his head. ha. And he was encouraging me, not bringing me down. He gave me some great advice after that (David you rock!) so that's got me thinking about my reasons for not wanting to.

Just be praying that I make the right decision. :)

And I did school today and now Im blogging and chatting and texting...Im a brilliant multitasker ;)

Yup. You all are awesome. :D

SIGH

life is hard...

SO I never really got to post on that get together two weekends ago cause Ive been so busy. But there were alot of funny moments, like Dave hiding in my closing, Jayme and the others scaring the fegeebles out of me, and Dave making me fall off a swing (I had bruises for a week!) but we had a lot of fun. :D Friends are awesome...

But then on Sunday after the get together, I woke up with a head splitting migraine. So bad, I was laying on the floor of the bathroom feeling sick, shivering and about to puke. Then as soon as mom gave me medicine (seriously) I fell asleep. I woke up and everyone had gone to church without me, so I just laid in bed, had a long quiet time and then watched Hitch Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy. Then at one, I was better so I went to work at Butlers all afternoon...SIGH...and I met a girl named Lindsey who is actually a neighbor of the Hills! :)

Then Monday I had Math Class, and found out I was doing worse than I thought...Great. Then Tuesday I found out I was actually FAILING Biology. Even more fantastic.

So my mom bought me a planner and started helping me with my study techniques. :D Let me just say that I adore my planner (and my mother :P)

Then Thursday, I went to work again, 3-5:30. tiring...

Then Friday, we had coop :) which is always fun. We're doing a Medieval Dance (which is so simple, we have no idea why we struggle with it so much...) but it's fun. :) David's my dance partner and he always makes faces while we're dancing. He's hoping to go to the feast as Robin Hood and I'm going to go as Maid Marian. lol. so creative right? :P

and then I saw Cats (the musical) at Elizabeth's house for the first time. MAN, that movie made me want to get up and stretch- those dancers are amazing. I really love dance :D

Then the 10:31 Meeting! :D I love our Youth Ministry so much :) There was this great message by Steve Whittacer about zombies (how we are alive by God's grace, and how we are dead but have been brought to life) and then he told us that we were free to come up to the front if we felt like we really needed God's help. I felt like God was calling me to come foward, but I didn't know what for. I went forward and prayed on my knees to God and soon found myself crying. I had felt so confused lately, like God wasn't there and when I kept calling him he wasn't answering. But he assured me of his existence, and convicted me that I was making excuses for not spending time with Him. And that I was making excuses for not sharing the gospel with others. It was really amazing :)

Then I said goodbye to Kirstin and Jayme, who are going to be in Washington for the next few weeks. :(

Ode to Kirstin and Jayme-
I miss you.
Already, I miss you.

heehee that was the extent of my poetic creativity :D But its the thought that counts, right?

And then I went to the Hoffmans, Elizabeth and I were having a sleepover with Sarah. It was a lot of fun! We stayed up late, we didn't plan to but we ended up staying up late. We got these teen magazines and we made fun of the horoscopes...it was hysterical. We were like, do people actually read these things for advice? Its sad! "You will find true love at the pool." Fat chance...
We stayed up to 3 am. So we got really hyper, my favorite funny thing of the night was when Sarah threw her mascara across the room. That was so funny. Cause Elizabeth was like "oh can I see that?" and then Sarah was like "Yeah" and threw it the other way. "Oops." and then Sam made Bacon at 2 am. haha.

Then we woke up at 7 for the Mill for Women, which was great. I wasn't tired yet. Then I went out to Breakfast with Elizabeth, Sarah, Debbie and Amy. It was so fun! Then we went to the Calderones house for a while. We brought Stephen back some McDonalds for breakfast, you should've seen how suprised he was to see five girls at his house. LOL.

Then I had to go to work at 1. I worked from 1 to 6 up in the pumpkin patch. It was cold, but fun. I hate checking out things because I mess up. :P

Then I went to Church on Sunday, thats when the tiredness caught up to me. I almost fell asleep in the meeting. Then I was dead tired at work again in the afternoon. But I did work up the courage to ask a girl at work if she wanted to come to the FEE concert and she said yes! Im so excited. Oh, and there's this guy who looks like David twenty years older who works there. WEIRD.

Then I did homework all evening.

Then Monday I had math, did better on my test. :) Then Today, I went to Biology and got a 95 on my math quiz. :D

Not to mention I got a text from Jayme of a picture of 'real mountains' hahaha. I replied to his text (it was 9 am then) and I had forgotten about the time change between us and Washington. I woke him, Kirstin and Erik up....oops.... haha.

But yeah thats life. I could keep going, but this is long enough as it is...so yeah.

Autumn Fun

So I had Allie, Kirstin, Jayme and David over for a photoshoot and campfire get together. Allie took all of these pictures, all the ones I took are fuzzy. :( So she's not in any of these photos so I'll start with her first. I became good friends with Allie in 4th grade, when I met her at school at Covenant Life. (ahaha now she tells me stories about elementary school that are so strange...a few embarassing :P ) I always loved being around her because she always made me smile :) And she still does. We've had plenty of fun times, texting and talking on the phone, having sleepover and laughing over inside jokes (sniff sniff) Now we've grown up, and she's a wonderful friend of mine. We talk about everything, goofy and serious. We have plenty of inside jokes :P lol and she's always there to cheer me up when I'm down, and to pray for me and remind me of God's word. Love you Allie!
haha. Kirstin, you're so naturally pretty. :) I met Kirstin a little over two years ago, right after they moved here from Colorado. So basically I met Kirstin and I thought she was the coolest girl I'd ever met in my entire life and I wanted to be her friend SO badly. I still remember what she wore when I met her, she was wearing pink bengals and this rockstar type shirt. Cool huh?But I was extremely immature and started being really snobby towards Kirstin and thinking that she was annoying (what a lie. now I have guilt...). Lucky for me, she decided to be my friend despite my lack of maturity- I'm so glad she did! Kirstin is one of my best friends and she's always there to make me laugh, snap some photos (amazing ones too! check out her blog kirstinrosephoto.blogspot.com) and to give hugs when needed. She's so amazing, and we have so many fond memories and inside jokes. :D Love you Kirstin!
Okay so this is one of my favorite pictures of all time. The lighting is awesome. I met Jayme at the same time as I met Kirstin (seeing as they're siblings...) when they moved here from Colorado. I officially met him at the Discovery Land meeting and found out that he was going to be in the same THG as me. So I asked if he wanted to come sit with me and Dylan. When I started being better friends with Kirstin I started better friends with him too. Jayme's a really fun guy to be around. He's funny and he's a really godly guy. I remember coming downstairs one morning after I had some people over and Jayme was sitting at the kitchen table reading his Bible. We've also had a lot of fun playing in the pouring rain and talking about Skillet music, not to mention a few texts and surprises (more like scares) here and there (maybe that was an understatement :P). Jayme you're a great friend and I'm glad to have met you! :)
haha I put this one in cuz I like my expression :P hahaha. me and 6 (see David's story below)
Okay so isn't this the coolest picture? The lighting is so cool. It should be a band cover! :D 6, me, and 13...
(keep going...)
This is a pretty cool picture, David's jump makes it interesting and it almost looks like Jayme's falling over. Okay so I met David in 6th grade, he was in our history coop. And I was mean to him, and thought he was really obnoxious and strange. I was in coop with him for three years before we really became friends the summer before 9th grade. When school started, David and I started talking a lot and realized that we were a lot alike. After a while we started having long talks about what God was teaching us and what we were struggling with, which led us into a strong friendship. Not only is he a wise godly friend, he's so fun to be around! He's constantly making things hilarious, and he can make me laugh at myself and at how stupid I'm being. He can always make me laugh, and he's there for me to talk to when I need it. Thanks for being an awesome friend David. :)

So yeah. It was a fun time. I think I'll post about some of the stories that took place at this get together another time. For now enjoy the pictures, and feel free to look at others on Allie's blog justme-allie.blogspot.com and Kirstin's blog kirstinrosephoto.blogspot.com :)

God had truly blessed me with so many incredible friends. Thank you all for your friendship, for the ways that you help me grow everyday. Thanks for being there to inspire me, make me smile and talk, pray and give hugs. You all are amazing friends and I cannot thank God enough for you!!!

:)

Hello October!

:) I love Autumn.

So before I go on into how wonderful Autumn is, I must tell you about amazing Wednesday.

Art Class is first, yes! So I got to finish my drawing of my interpretation of 'The Singing Butler' by Jack Vettriano. I think it came out pretty good. Kind of messy but good. Now we're working on a scratchboard drawing of our favorite animal. Which is hard because I have a lot of favorite animals, I love birds, monkeys, dogs, turtles....so I guess I'll just choose one. I got a scrap piece of scratchboard to work with so I would know better what I'm doing, and I did a drawing of an owl. :)

Anyway, then I went to composition class. I flipped out when Mrs. Blendermann said that I needed to chop my newpaper article in half. I tend to over write, but when she assigned a paper that only needed to be a half a page long...thats really hard for me. :-/ So now I've got to figure out how to do that...

And then lunch...yay lunch! I got to sit and talk with my friends and relax for a bit. What I dont get is ten minutes into lunch, people start cleaning up. And its like "helloooo we have twenty minutes left...why are you leaving??"

And then math...which got really funny at points. Like I turned and looked at Allie, and for no apparent reason at all we started blinking at each other. Then we laughed and started paying attention when I noticed Kevin staring at me. I mouthed "what?" and then he started batting his eyelashes and giving us flirty eyebrows. Allie and I had to bury our head in our arms to keep from laughing out loud, then when David turned around and told us to be quiet we pointed at Kevin. Then Stephen turned around, gave us a funny look and we pointed to Kevin, who gave STEPHEN the flirty eyebrows and then Stephen started laughing too.

And then Mrs Stevenson made a comment about the differences of the male and female brains and then she was like "Oh no, I've made girls notice there are boys in the room and boys notice there are girls in the room. Stop noticing and read your math!"

AHAHAHHAHAHAHAHA :D

And then I had dance class that I got to 'teach' for like ten minutes. I didnt really teach we just kind of brainstormed. And then I was done classes for the day and proceeded to go outside and talk with friends while waiting for Dylan to pick me up. I talked to the Kelleys and Hoffmans and David and then the DeWebers came for choir and I got to talk to them too.

Well of course then Dylan picked me up and we went to my Dad's new youth center!!! My Dad's been telling me what this new youth center was going to be like since I was 11. So being able to go to it and check it out was SO COOL! There's a recording studio, like a real recording studio. I freaked out, all of that cool equiptment- it was so amazing!

And then Jayme, Kirstin and Eric came to jam with us in the studio!!! There was a misunderstanding and we thought we were recording, but we just jammed- but it was still a ton of fun. I gave them the tour of the youth center and told them about all of the earth-friendly features. haha. Including the bamboo cupboards that my Dad thinks are butt ugly. haha. :) and the furniture, and these couches that's backs are non existent.

But we got to sing and Jayme rocked out on guitar, Eric on drums and Dylan on bass. :) It was also a great time to just talk and chill with my good friends :) It was awesome.

or mime to my good friends...
once the door to the studio is closed, you can barely hear whats going on in there from the editing room. But you can see through this gigantic window. So Kirstin and I started miming. We did the thing from Harry Potter "Will you go to the ball with me?" Dylan started laughing, but Jayme (who hasnt seen Harry Potter) came out of the studio to see what on earth we were doing :P

there were several funny moments, but I think it was hysterical when Dad was talking to Jayme about college and stuff when Kirstin and I walked up. "You-don't be crazy and you- stay away from boys." hahahaha. :)

But yeah it was a ton of fun. Kirstin and Jayme, you rock. :)

And now today I just did all of my Coop homework and I've been chatting and chilling (seriously its cold!!!) and watching TV with the bro. Its SO amazing outside, cold, but amazing. Really pretty :) And tomorrow we're going to see Toy Story in 3D after coop. :D It'll be great. email me if you want to come. :)

yup so thats whats up.
